QUESTION: Can I get a reduced rate if I can only come to some of the events?
ANSWER: If you cannot attend all six (6) remaining events, you can purchase individual tickets for each event. All the links are available in our bio and on our website.

QUESTION: Do you have nonalcoholic beverage options?
ANSWER: Yes! We have delicious nonalcoholic versions of many of our cocktails. We also make a delicious homemade hot cider, and carry nonalcoholic beer and kombucha.

QUESTION: Will your regular menu be available during the event?
ANSWER: No, our regular menu will not be available. We will have a limited, bespoke cocktail menu, and your ticket includes food before the show begins, and dessert after it ends. We do have nonalcoholic, vegan, and gluten-free options.

QUESTION: Will we be able to buy books and merch during the event?
ANSWER: Yes! Our bookstore counter will be open all evening.

QUESTION: Are tickets available at the door?
ANSWER: It will depend if there are tickets remaining. If there are, we will usually announce it on Instagram! You are also welcome to call the store and ask.

QUESTION: I bought the all-access pass, but I cannot make it to one of the events - how do I transfer my ticket to a friend?
ANSWER: Please email info(at)joiedelivres(dot)ca with the subject HEATED RIVALRY, and in the body, the name you used to purchase the ticket, and the name of the friend you’d like to gift your ticket, as well as the episode/date for the transfer. They can simply give their name at the door to claim their drink and raffle tickets!

QUESTION: How will seating be determined?
ANSWER: Seating will be first come, first serve.

QUESTION: Will I get a seat?
ANSWER: Yes, but some seats are better than others!

QUESTION: What time do doors open?
ANSWER: Doors open at 7pm, at which point you will have time to claim your seat, order your drink, and have some snacks while you wait for your cocktail (please be patient as our bartenders work hard during the initial rush!)

QUESTION: Why is the ticket so expensive?
ANSWER: The ticket is priced to cover the cost of food, drinks, labour, and the opportunity cost of shutting the store down for a ticketed event. We regularly host other free and low-cost events, so turn on post notifications on Instagram and sign up for our monthly newsletter to be the first to find out about them!
